Keeth is working hard to provide the best education for all of our students, but teachers can’t do it alone!  Parent involvement is the secret ingredient to the most successful schools.  Many research studies have shown that parent involvement in schools improves students' achievement.  To reach their potential, parents need to take an active role in their children's' education at school and at home.  With this in mind we ask you to volunteer at least three hours at school this year.  Three hours in a whole year!  You can help in so many ways — with the book fairs, help on a Family Fun Night, help a teacher prepare materials (this can even be done at home) or you can even bake goodies for a particular event!

We call this THREE FOR ME.  Make the commitment do be involved in your child’s school.  It makes them feel so proud to see you at school or at home helping.  If your child’s teacher does not need assistance, please consider helping another teacher.  Many times you can arrange your volunteer time so you can have lunch with your child before or after helping out.  If you have questions about how you can help, please call Leah Sansouci at 407-359-0407.

Our dividend program is off to a great start this year.  We have many volunteers who have generously filled out the information forms, and we will be calling you.  Even with the volunteers we have, we still need more helpers.  In particular, we are looking for adults to help Mrs. McDonald with her reading programs, assistants for the Super Scientist program, and bi-lingual helpers to read with our ESOL students. If you can spare a few hours a week to read with a student it can make quite a difference in the life of that child.

The next page will have a blue word box on the right; there you will click on DIVIDEND VOLUNTEER. On the next page you click on BE A VOLUNTEER-APPLY HERE. Fill out all the questions and make sure to hit SUBMIT at the end
