Congratulations to our 2nd graders!! They raised the most money which totaled $31.00!! All grades together raised $102.00 which is just great! This money was used to purchase books for our own Media Center. Mrs. G likes that!! On top of all that Scholastic will match our total amount of money raised and give it to an organization called, "KIDS" which is short for Kids in Distressed Situations. This organization is committed to helping improve the lives of children and their families who are ill, living in poverty, or are the victims of natural disasters. You should be very proud of what you have done this year!! Congratualtions again for doing a good job and bottom line.......caring for someone else.
